You must promptly update your registered information if any details change. wira44 is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You must not share your login credentials with any other person. wira44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.
3.4 Notification of Breach. 3.5 Non-Transferability. Your wira44 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate closure without refund.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the wira44 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). wira44 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. No currency conversion service is offered by the Platform.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. wira44 accepts deposits via the following approved methods: FPX (online banking), DuitNow, Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific payment methods may change from time to time.
4.3 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. You must not deposit funds sourced from illegal activity, third-party credit, or loans taken for the purpose of gambling. wira44 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into your account.
4.4 Processing Times. e-Wallet deposits (Touch n Go, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX transfers are typically credited to your wira44 account within seconds. wira44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit is debited from your payment method but not credited to your wira44 account within 30 minutes, you should contact wira44 support with proof of the transaction. wira44 will investigate and resolve confirmed failed deposits within 2 business days.
5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by verified wira44 account holders. Accounts that have not completed identity verification, or that have active bonus wagering requirements outstanding, may have withdrawal requests held pending resolution of those requirements.
5.2 Withdrawal to Own Accounts. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the wira44 account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. wira44 reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method in cases where the withdrawal method cannot be verified.
5.3 Processing Times. e-Wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go eWallet, Boost) are typically processed within 5–30 minutes after approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank accounts are typically processed within 1 business day. Processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended for compliance review.
5.4 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Wallet section of your wira44 account dashboard. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
6.1 All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by wira44 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms provide the general framework; individual promotion pages set out the specific conditions.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games are specified in each promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the promotional validity period will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
6.3 Abuse and Fraud. wira44 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts where bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional offers in a manner contrary to their intended purpose is identified. This includes, but is not limited to, coordination between multiple accounts, use of VPNs to circumvent geo-restrictions, or low-risk wagering strategies specifically designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent.
6.4 One Bonus Per Household. Unless otherwise stated, wira44 promotional offers are limited to one per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
7.1 All sports bets placed on the wira44 Sportsbook are subject to the specific sport and bet-type rules published within the Sportsbook section. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the specific sports rules, the specific sports rules shall prevail.
7.2 Bet Acceptance. A bet is not accepted until you receive a confirmed bet reference number from the wira44 system. wira44 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds or events where the result is already known.
7.3 Odds Changes. Odds are subject to change up to the moment of bet confirmation. In-play (live) betting odds may fluctuate rapidly. Once a bet is confirmed at stated odds, those odds are locked and will not change retrospectively.
7.4 Void Bets. wira44 may void bets in circumstances including, but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, event cancellation, abandonment, or where a result cannot be determined. Void bets are returned to your wallet balance at the original stake amount.
7.5 Maximum Winnings. wira44 applies maximum payout limits per event and per bet type. These limits are displayed within the Sportsbook interface. Bets that would result in winnings exceeding the stated maximum will be accepted at reduced stake or refused.

10.1 All content on the wira44 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game content — is the intellectual property of wira44 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wira44 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from wira44.
11.1 wira44's collection, storage, and use of your personal data is governed by the wira44 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11.2 wira44 may be required to disclose account information and transaction records to regulatory bodies, financial intelligence units, or law enforcement authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing legislation.
12.1 wira44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible at any time within Account Settings.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to be excluded from the wira44 Platform for a period of their choosing may request self-exclusion via Account Settings or by contacting customer support. 13.2 wira44's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wira44 account in the twelve-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 wira44 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. wira44 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance windows where reasonably practicable.
14.1 Closure by You. You may close your wira44 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification requirements being met.
14.2 Closure by wira44. wira44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, reasonable suspicion of money laundering, technical exploitation, or where required by applicable law or regulatory instruction.
14.3 Upon account closure by wira44 for cause, any bonus balances, pending free bets, and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be forfeited. wira44 will return verified deposits less any amounts legitimately offset against losses.
15.1 wira44 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered account holders via the email address on file, and the effective date of the revised Terms will be updated at the top of this page.
